Serene is when you know, of the pinching spikes of life;

but also of the vast  and beautiful trails who wait for you to love them, adore them, gaze at them, touch them, going beyond their appearance

and getting lost in their silent words,

making you believe you are flying, in a sky full of colours,

You breathe it in, embracing it tightly wishing you may never need to breathe it out.

In response to The Daily Post’s weekly photo challenge: “Serenity.”
